The Member Service Dept. offers account balancing at a fee of $10.00 per hour.  This includes research into posted dividends, loan payments, savings balances, etc.

For checkbook balancing you may need to supply the Member Service Representative with a copy of your check carbons, registers, and statements.  The Representative will then work on balancing the account during non-member hours.
