CCATCU is offering improved online security features designed to prevent online users from falling victim to fraudulent web sites that attempt to gain sensitive financial information.  The new online security features require no new hardware or software and helps combat identity theft.
A recent federal financial institutions guidance states that effective authentication systems are essential to:
  • Prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, and fraud;
  • Accomplish legally enforceable electronic transactions; and
  • Satisfy account holder information safekeeping requirements.

The guidance also states that authentication methods that depend on more than one factor are harder to fool than single-factor methods.  Thus, mulit-factor methods are more reliable and better deterrents of fraud.

CCATCU is ever mindful of protecting your personal account information and increasing measures for account security.


CCATCU is proud to announce the availability of our home banking product Web-24 .  Web-24 can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All you need to process information through Web-24 is your Member Number (CCATCU Account Number) and PIN (same as your Call-24 PIN).


The following transactions can be completed through Web-24:


  • View Balances
  • View History
  • Transfer Between Accounts (within same account number)
  • Schedule Future Transfers
  • Schedule Future Payments
  • View/Print Check Copies
  • View Statements & Order Statements
  • Place Stop Payments
  • Change PIN*
  • Check Images    
  • Bill Payer

On-line and available to you, OUR MEMBER.  If you have any questions regarding Web-24, please email the Member Service Center at or call (361) 985-6277.


*Your Call-24 and Web-24 PIN are the same .  If you change your PIN in Web-24, then your Call-24 will be changed to the same new PIN.  You can indicate characters (minimum of four) up to eight numbers and/or letters to be your assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN).  There are a maximum number of tries before the system will lock you out, contact the Member Service Center should you have difficulty logging into Web-24.
